A message to our merchants

To our merchants: my team is focused on two things right now — keeping Quincent stable and available, and making your migration to MoneyMate as painless as we can.

We know a platform change is disruptive. The API surface, pricing, and dashboard are all moving. To make it manageable we've published field-by-field mappings, a token importer so your customers don't re-enter cards, and a longer runway than the original timeline called for.

If your team hits something the guide doesn't cover, reach out — engineering is reading the migration threads directly. Thank you for building on Quincent these past twelve years.

On the acquisition

When MoneyMate acquired Quincent in 2024, we were buying two things: a developer platform engineers genuinely liked, and a team that knew how to build one.

Consolidating onto a single platform is the right long-term call for reliability and for our roadmap — but I want to be clear that the parts of Quincent developers loved are the parts we're carrying forward into MoneyMate v9, not leaving behind.

To Quincent's merchants: thank you for your patience through the migration. To Quincent's engineers, many of whom are now MoneyMate engineers: thank you for the platform.
